Housekeeper A wonderful client with a long-tenured team is seeking an experienced Housekeeper to help care for their beautiful Naples, Florida. Working alongside the current team the ideal candidate will expertly care for the residence including the care of fine furnishings and surfaces. Private housing is available for the right candidate, but you are not required to live on site. It is a significant plus if you are a good home cook and willing to prepare some meals for the Principals. Responsibilities include: Maintaining pristine household cleanliness (assisting the other full-time Housekeeper) Expertly care for laundry, linens, and personal belongings Prepare and cook meals for the principals (if you are comfortable in this area) Manage household food and beverage inventory and provisioning. Track spending Assist the team with pet care and floral arrangements Provide personal assistance as needed Manage organizational projects and open and close the home for the season. Important qualities: We are looking for a true team player with experience working in a private home. To be successful in this role you must enjoy taking care of the principals and their home. You must be a reliable, organized, and trustworthy individual with excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a strong respect for confidentiality. A valid driver's license is required. Schedule: Generally, a five-day work week. Tuesday to Saturday (Sun/Mon off) OR Sunday to Thursday (Fri/Sat off) This is a full-time, year-round position and requires flexibility for some changes in your schedule when other team members are on vacation, etc. This is a supportive team environment. Compensation: Base compensation of $125,000 -$150,000 depending on experience and experience with cooking/meal preparation Annual discretionary bonus Excellent benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with match, 15 days PTO, sick days, paid federal holidays, and more. #indmps
