Overview

Full-time Housekeeper

Location: Jackson, WY

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours per week guaranteed), with flexibility required to work weekends when the principal is in residence.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Housekeeper for a 9,000 sq. ft. home with a detached guest house in Jackson, WY. The household includes an active professional couple, grown children, and two medium-sized dogs.

This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established, long-term household in a beautiful Wyoming setting. We have partnered with this client for several years and successfully placed staff who have had wonderful, long-term experiences. The ideal candidate is energetic, flexible, highly organized, and enjoys creating a beautifully maintained and welcoming home.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the home, including laundry, ironing, and closet management
• Perform deep cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, and specialty surfaces (antiques, wood, marble, etc.)
• Change linens, dust, vacuum, mop, and polish as needed
• Care for houseplants and maintain fresh flowers
• Assist with dog care (bathing, feeding, walking)
  Support household operations as needed, including errands and guest preparation

Qualifications & Profile

• Minimum of 5 years of private household or professional cleaning experience
• Detail-oriented and proactive
• Physically capable of performing daily tasks, including standing for long periods, pulling, pushing, and lifting as required
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Professional, discreet, and respectful of family privacy (NDA required)
• Strong references and willing to undergo an indepth background check
  Non-smoker/vaper
• Comfortable living and working in a remote location with winter driving experience
• Local candidates as preferred, but the client is open to relocation

Compensation & Benefits

$40+/hour (depending on experience)
