She has left-side weakness and requires guided assistance for all transfers, using a wheelchair. You'll also provide companionship and light support for Richard, who is hard of hearing and has memory issues but is independent with personal care. Together, they need meal preparation for breakfast and lunch, light housekeeping, and companionship to brighten their day.
