Completing assigned daily work orders Completing turnovers Assisting with other duties as required Requirements Must have own transportation as will commute to different property locations DL and must have auto coverage Must have own tools Ability to operate various of hand and power tools Walk, stand and kneel for prolonged periods, climb ladder, climb stairs, Must be able to push, carry, pull and lift tools or equipment Schedule Monday- Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Weekends as needed On call Ability to commute Paragon Equities
