About the role
Q Verse Solutions is a fast-growing media and marketing startup that builds brands across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and the web. We’re hiring a versatile, on-site Graphic Designer to create eye-catching visuals for social channels, brand campaigns, websites, thumbnails, and merch. If you love moving fast, owning creative from concept to delivery, and seeing your work go live weekly—this is for you.
What you’ll do
Design social graphics, YouTube thumbnails, short-form video cover art, and carousels
Create brand assets: logos, color systems, typography, iconography, templates
Produce marketing collateral (ads, pitch decks, one-pagers, posters, merch)
Turn rough ideas into polished concepts and iterate quickly based on feedback
Prep files for digital and print; maintain organized asset libraries and style guides
Collaborate with video, web, and marketing to keep visuals consistent across channels
What you’ll need (must-haves)
1–3+ years of professional design experience (agency, in-house, or strong freelance)
Portfolio that shows brand systems + social content (please include link)
Fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Figma
Strong sense of layout, hierarchy, color, and typography for social and web
Ability to manage multiple projects and hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment
On-site availability in Clarksville, TN (this is an in-person role)
Nice to have
Motion basics (simple reels/shorts animations, After Effects or CapCut)
Thumbnail design experience for YouTube channels
Basic web/landing page layout in Figma or Squarespace
Illustration or light photo retouching
