Overview Job Description General Summary: The Graphic Designer supports Ghafari’s Marketing Department in proactively promoting and elevating the firm’s image and growth in the global marketplace through the design of compelling and dynamic visuals. Responsibilities Conceptualize and design visual assets – including digital and print media – consistent with corporate image and brand identity. Design and implement branded templates for company-wide and marketing-specific use. Support Ghafari’s business development efforts by: Collaborating with business development team members on specialized presentations and other marketing / sales collateral Interfacing with management and technical teams to generate compelling marketing materials and infographics that communicate the company’s value proposition. Photograph company events, staff, and local projects for use in marketing collateral. Coordinate professional third-party photography of events, projects, and office environment. Coordinate events such as technology showcases, trade shows, conferences, educational symposiums, and career fairs, and design supporting display materials. Generate content ideas and develop posts for social media. Champion the Ghafari brand, ensuring all marketing and promotional materials follow corporate brand standards. Coordinate the design, production, and procurement of branded promotional items. Assist in promoting a proactive sales and marketing culture throughout the organization. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or related field Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a graphic design role Architecture / Engineering / Construction industry experience preferred Skills/Competencies: Computer literacy for all major business programs and email systems; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office programs required Creative but pragmatic designer who can drive out-of-the-box thinking while developing functional solutions that align with the company brand system Ability to work well both independently and cooperatively with team members inside and outside of the Marketing Department Energetic team player who can work comfortably with people of diverse skills, experience levels, and perspectives, including senior management Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills Ability to work on multiple assignments / deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality Photography skills are a plus Benefits At Ghafari, we offer a robust benefits package designed to support your overall wellbeing. The annual base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000. Individual pay is based on factors such as relevant experience, job-related skills, education, and training.
