About the Role:

As a General Sales Manager at Folsom Hyundai, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department, including inventory management, pricing strategies, and sales promotions. Your ultimate goal is to increase revenue and profitability while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends
• Experience with inventory management and pricing strategies
• Ability to speak multiple languages
