Full-Time School Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: Durham, NC (Research Triangle Area)

End Date: June 10, 2026
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours/week

Position Overview:
Soliant is seeking a qualified and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide school-based services in the Durham, NC area . This full-time position supports students in grades K12 across one or more school sites. The exact caseload and number of school assignments will be determined based on district needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students in K12 settings.
Evaluate students using standardized assessments and contribute to eligibility and IEP development.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with school and state requirements.
Travel between school sites as needed (mileage may be reimbursed if applicable).
Requirements:
Active North Carolina Occupational Therapy License (Required)
Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Previous experience in school-based or pediatric OT strongly preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment

Hours: MondayFriday, 37.5 hours/week
Location: Onsite in schools in the Durham/Research Triangle area
Caseload: K12 (varies by assignment)
