Job Description

We are a real estate photography company looking to expand our team of contracted part-time photographers in the Greater Chicago area and surrounding suburbs. Applicants must be willing to travel and capture media throughout the Chicago market. We offer a flexible schedule and competitive pay for motivated individuals. No photo editing required!

If you are seeking a position as a professional photographer, this could be the right opportunity for you. No prior real estate photography experience is necessary. Photographers are paid per shoot, with typical pay ranging from $60 to $200 per shoot, depending on the package ordered by the client. Each appointment usually takes an hour or less, and photographers may have 4-5 appointments per day.

Responsibilities

• 1-2 years of professional photography experience required
• Own a professional-grade camera with a full-frame sensor and at least 24MP resolution
• No APS-C sensors accepted
• Possess a wide-angle zoom lens (12-24mm or 14-24mm)
• Have a professional-grade tripod
• Reliable transportation
• Strong computer skills and internet connection for uploading large files
• Availability to work in your local market Monday through Friday, and occasionally on weekends
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, maintaining professionalism when interacting with clients and support staff
• Well-organized, motivated, detail-oriented, with strong follow-up skills
• Receptive to constructive feedback
• Ability to pass a background check
• Adaptability to changing environments and technology

All team members are trained in photography, videography, Matterport technology, and FAA Part 107 drone certification. Experience in drone, video, and Matterport work is a plus but not required; training will be provided. If not FAA certified, you must pass a written test within 30 days, and testing fees will be reimbursed upon successful completion.
