Position Overview

We’re seeking a skilled and dependable Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate to join our operations team. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the safe and efficient movement of materials throughout our facility, ensuring timely deliveries and organized warehouse flow.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, safety awareness, and a strong work ethic, contributing directly to the success of our daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and transport pallets of materials with accuracy and care.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to verify and stage shipments for accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, following all company and OSHA safety protocols.
• Perform general warehouse duties, including palletizing, labeling, organizing inventory, restocking, and performing housekeeping tasks.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient coordination across departments.
• Participate in safety meetings, training sessions, and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of forklift operation in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
• Experience with shipping, receiving, or inventory control preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining an orderly, efficient workspace.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated, demonstrating pride in your work and dedication to team success.
• Physically capable of lifting, moving, and stacking materials up to 50 lbs as required
• Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and forklift operation best practices.
• Willingness to assist in general warehouse activities and adapt to changing priorities during slower periods.
