We aim to provide every guest with an exceptional dining experience
Responsibilities:
- Swiftly and accurately deliver dishes from the kitchen to the dining room
- Support servers by ensuring dishes are delivered in a timely, organized manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas
- Help create a seamless dining experience by assisting guests as needed
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to uphold high service standards
Qualifications:
- Chinese speaking is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Asian cuisine, especially Chinese food
- Previous experience in an upscale/ fine dining restaurant is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Attention to detail, able to multitask under pressure
- Passion for providing outstanding hospitality
- NYC Food Protection Certificate is preferred, but not required
