Job Description:
Staffing Connection Inc. is seeking dedicated and hardworking Food Production Workers for openings in the Souderton area. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks involved in the preparation, processing, and packaging of food products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery used in food production
• Prepare raw materials for production, including sorting, washing, and handling ingredients
• Package, label, and inspect finished food products to ensure quality standards
• Follow company guidelines and standard operating procedures for food safety and hygiene
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure food safety compliance
• Assist with inventory control and stock management
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in food production or a manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 80 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
• Understands/Speaks English
