Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Mortgage Loan Originator to join our dynamic team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you'll assist prospective home buyers, current homeowners, and real estate investors in securing mortgage financing. You will analyze loan applications, conduct underwriting assessments, and guide borrowers through the entire loan origination process. Your expertise will help clients navigate various loan options while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients in securing mortgage financing tailored to their needs.
- Analyze and evaluate loan applications and perform underwriting assessments.
- Provide expert advice on loan products and financial concepts.
- Maintain compliance with applicable regulations throughout the process.


Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of underwriting processes and standards.
- Experience in loan origination and mortgage lending.
- Proficient in assessing and analyzing loan applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must possess or be eligible for an MLO State License in Florida and/or Ohio.
