Base pay range $40,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr Position Overview We are looking for a reliable and experienced Farm Manager who is passionate about regenerative farming and willing to be an active member of our agricultural team. This role focuses on managing our garden production (inside and outside of a hoop house), maintaining small fruit orchards, assisting with the care of a small flock of sheep, and supporting vineyard operations as needed. The right candidate will also assist with general property maintenance and collaborate across departments, including the vineyard and winery teams. Veterans are highly encouraged to apply, though this is not a requirement. Responsibilities Oversee the daily maintenance of vegetable gardens (in-ground and hoop house). Care for fruit trees in our small-scale orchard. Assist with feeding, health monitoring, and care of a small flock of sheep. Su pport vineyard manager at times ( as needed ) Operate tractors and farm implements or demonstrate willingness to learn. Perform small property repairs and assist with equipment and tool maintenance. Support property-wide tasks including seasonal landscaping, winery operations, and special event setups. Maintain records for crop production, livestock care, and tool maintenance. Ensure safety protocols and cleanliness across all working areas. Maintain hiking trails Qualifications: Prior farm experience is required ( gardening, etc. ) Experience operating tractors, mowers, and implements is a plus—or willingness to learn. Must be physically fit and capable of working in varying weather conditions. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. Basic mechanical skills for tool and equipment upkeep are desirable. Valid driver’s license required.
