We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Event Manager to join our talented events team. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind the flawless planning and execution of events at our resort. You’ll work closely with our sales team, hotel departments, and clients to ensure that every detail—from the first consultation to the final farewell—is handled with expertise, care, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication – Serve as the main point of contact from planning to post-event, ensuring clear communication and personalized service throughout.

  • Event Coordination – Lead pre-event meetings, oversee Banquet Event Orders, manage timelines, and ensure seamless execution across all departments.

  • Operational Planning – Manage group room blocks, meeting space assignments, and event details using industry tools like Marriott Global Source and Passkey.

  • Revenue & Budget Management – Monitor budgets, maximize upselling opportunities, and ensure events meet both client expectations and financial goals.

  • Guest Experience – Address feedback promptly, resolve issues effectively, and continually seek ways to enhance the overall event experience.
