Position Overview:
Communiboost We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about event planning and management and are looking to launch their careers in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $21.00 - $30.25 hourly
Location: Houston,TX
Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating events from conception to completion.
• Support event setup and breakdown, ensuring all aspects are prepared and organized.
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and attendees to coordinate logistics and requirements.
• Help create event materials, including invitations, programs, and signage.
• Maintain event budgets and assist in tracking expenses and receipts.
• Conduct research to identify potential venues and suppliers that meet our event needs.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• A passion for event planning and a desire to learn more about the industry.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
