Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic events team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the planning, execution, and management of a variety of events, ranging from corporate conferences to social gatherings. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about event planning and looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of various events.
• Support event logistics, including vendor management, venue setup, and breakdown tasks.
• Prepare and distribute event materials, including invitations, programs, and signage.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for event themes, concepts, and activities.
• Maintain accurate records of event details, budgets, and timelines.
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure event requirements are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as event schedules dictate.
