Job Title: Entry Level Events Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Entry Level Events Assistant to join our vibrant events team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the exciting field of event planning and management. You will assist in the coordination and execution of various events, from corporate conferences to community festivals.

• Assist in the planning and execution of various events from inception to completion.
• Coordinate logistical arrangements such as venue selection, catering, and equipment rental.
• Maintain communication with vendors and suppliers to ensure all event requirements are met.
• Support event promotion through social media, email marketing, and other channels.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of event materials, including programs and signage.
• Help set up and dismantle event spaces, ensuring they are ready before and after events.

• A passion for event planning and a desire to learn about the industry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
