As an Entry Level Event Coordinator, you will assist in the planning and execution of various events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of various events.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services.
• Manage event registration and participant communication.
• Help create event schedules and timelines to ensure smooth operations.
• Support on-site event management and logistics during events.
• Maintain organized files and documentation for each event project.
