Not for profit hospital looking to bring on Nurse Manager ER! Bonus Incentive plan!

• Annual ER Visits – 50,128
• ER Beds – 34
• General hours are Monday through Friday 8a – 5p, however, since this is a 24/7 nursing department, early morning hours and rounding on mid and night shifts is important. As is usually the case for leadership positions, some off hours like evenings or weekends may be required for special events.
• FTEs overseen/reporting to leader – 70.47 FTEs.
• ER Director and an ER Coordinator position already.
• New position between those two positions. This position reports to the ER Director.
• New position due to the expansion and opening of Clinical Decision Unit this fall.

Requirements:

• Active NC or multistate nursing license
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of Emergency Department experience required.
• At least 2-3 years of leadership experience is preferred.
