We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Complex Litigation team in our offices in Seattle or Portland. This role involves supporting high-impact plaintiff class action cases, including environmental law, securities litigation, consumer product liability, and antitrust matters. The ideal candidate will excel in legal research, writing, and e-discovery, while working collaboratively with attorneys and colleagues in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft detailed reports to support complex litigation cases.

• Manage e-discovery processes using Relativity software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Prepare and analyze large document productions, coordinating reviews with attorneys and other team members.

• Oversee case-based project management, including timelines, workflows, and resource allocation.

• Perform cite-checking and document verification using The Bluebook, Westlaw, and Lexis+.

• Collaborate with attorneys and co-counsel on trial preparation and strategy development.

• Respond promptly to urgent situations and deadlines, maintaining a high level of professionalism.

• Build strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners.

• Assist in the delivery of sophisticated litigation projects that require integration of multiple resources.

• Ensure compliance with federal court procedures and legal processes.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a litigation paralegal

• Advanced skills in legal research, writing, and cite-checking using industry-standard tools such as Westlaw and Lexis+.

• Proficiency with e-discovery software and experience managing large document productions.
