Position Title: Utility Locate Driver/Field Laborer
Location: Naples, FL

Salary Interval: Full-Time Non-Exempt/Hourly

Earth View LLC is looking for a Utility Locate Driver/Field Laborer to join our team. This position is a non-CDL driver role that requires a Class E Florida Driver License with a clean driving record. Earth Views Driver/Field Laborer will be responsible for driving a Company owned vehicle to job sites and assisting the Utility Locate Supervisor with tasks related to utility location.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Drive a Company vehicle to and from job sites as directed by the Utility Locate Supervisor.
• Comply with all applicable laws pertaining to the safe operation of a motor vehicle.
• Comply with all Company safety policies.
• Assist the Utility Locate Supervisor and Crews by performing other driving/non-driving tasks as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles exterior and exterior.
• Monitor vehicle performance and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Class E Florida Driver License with clean driving record required.
• Fluency in English required.
• 2+ years of driving experience required.
• Strong awareness of surroundings and potential safety hazards required.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to drive for extended periods of time while staying focused and alert.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be available and willing to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Must be available and willing to travel and stay overnight as required.
