Gawronski Food & Beverage is a paid media agency focused on Food & Beverage/CPG brands located in Madison, WI. We help brands scale both their in-store and online sales.

At Gawronski Food & Beverage we pride ourselves on our fast paced, dedicated and detailed services. We are looking for an Associate Paid Media Manager to manage, monitor, and report across all paid media platforms.

This is a full time position starting 6/1/2025 in our offices on the West Side of Madison.

Responsibilities:

• Manage clients goals, timeline, budgets
• Coordinate internal day to day tasks
• Facilitate communication between relevant internal team members and the clients
• Quick responsiveness to our clients questions and emails
• Lead weekly internal meetings
• Organize all action items for the internal team.
• Communicate needs and updates to clients.

Qualifications:

• Around 2+ years of experience in digital marketing space
• Knowledge of Paid Social, Paid Search, Amazon, Instacart, Online Grocery Platforms
• A basic understanding of paid media metrics and KPI's
• Extremely organized and proactive
