Overview:

We take pride in delivering compelling social media content, website and merchandise design, targeted email marketing, and ad campaigns. All of our work is data driven and intentionally designed to boost sales, acquire clients, and grow our customers’ subscriber base.

Our office is located in the heart of historic Collierville Town Square, surrounded by charming shops, delicious restaurants, and thriving small businesses. Work from a park bench, take inspiration from the brick sidewalks, and cap off the day with a sunset concert.

We’re seeking a highly creative Digital Content Creator who is passionate about content creation and storytelling across digital platforms. This role goes beyond managing a content calendar. It’s about crafting engaging visuals, short-form videos, and posts that bring our brands to life and connect authentically with their audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, create, and publish original social media content (images, videos, graphics, reels, stories, etc.) that aligns with each brand voice and goal.
• Work with the marketing, design, and product teams to develop and implement social media campaigns and support new product launches.
• Develop creative assets using Adobe Creative Suite and AI/image-generation tools to enhance content production.
• Create and manage social media calendars for multiple clients up to 30 days in advance.
• Participate in product and scene photography shoots, including photo editing and retouching.
• Assist with light to moderate video production as needed.
• Monitor social channels, engage with followers, and identify trends and opportunities to boost engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to optimize content strategy and reach.
• Stay current on social media trends, cultural moments, and emerging platforms or tools.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field is a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Experience managing deadlines and working within tight timelines.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong visual and storytelling skills with experience in short-form video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Base understanding of digital media design methods and practices
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and specifications (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Familiarity with AI-based image and video generation tools is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in design and editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.)
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment

• Ability to multitask and work both collaboratively and independently
• Comfortable meeting tight deadlines while tracking work in project management systems
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; experience with Adobe Premiere is a plus
• Basic understanding of AI Generated Images, Videos, and LLM
