Job Overview:

As a Device Courier, you will be responsible for safely picking up and delivering electronic devices (e.g., laptops, iPads, tablets, Kindles) between customer sites and the centralized repair facility. Your role plays a critical part in ensuring fast turnaround times for repairs covered under the Device Insurance Program.

You’ll work closely with the technicians, and stakeholders’ IT staff, and personnel to make sure devices are transported securely, tracked properly, delivered on schedule, and perform other duties as assigned. If you’re organized, reliable, and enjoy being on the move, this is a great opportunity to support education through logistics and service.

Experience Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years
• Clean driving record for the last 2 years
• Understanding of reading shipping labels, using GPS and famliar with routes in Osceola County
• Meeting deadlines and being proactive by planning trips/routes
• Using mail tracking devices
• Professional customer-facing interactions

Experience Preferences:

• Experience with handling technological equipment
• Experience working in an IT environment
• Basice understanding of laptops, tablets, and other electronic devices

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable with frequent driving throughout the day
• Ability to sit for extended periods during transport routes
• Comfortable loading and unloading tech equipment throughout the day

• High School Diploma or GED required
