4Dimensions LLC is looking for Full-time or Part-Time employees to deliver packages to customers. We are looking for motivated people who are reliable, detail-oriented, quick learners, and ready to get the job done! Ideal candidates will have experience driving larger vans and who can work independently. Successful drivers put safety first and are passionate about providing excellent customer service. We supply the vans, you make the deliveries! No CDL is required. Approximate hours range from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. 10-hour shifts, 4-day work week, including at least 1-weekend shift.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate a company-owned delivery vehicle at all times.
• Use a company-provided handheld device for routing information and customer delivery information.
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Must load and unload packages to be delivered
• Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
• Able to get in and out of the van and walk up and down stairs throughout your shift
• Successful helpers enjoy being out on the road, put safety first, and care deeply about customer
• Follow all local & amp; state laws and 4Dimensions LLC policies
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events/ conditions
• Keep pace in a physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes.
• Lift packages (up to 50 lbs. frequently); maneuver packages weighing up to 70 lbs., using material handling equipment, or up to 300 pounds as part of a delivery team; get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
• Use smartphone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicating with supervisors and other team members
• Communicate effectively with the support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
• Load and unload packages in the delivery vehicle
• Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes

MANDATORY Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment 4-panel drug test
• Must successfully pass a background check
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills
