We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Experience Specialist in the Printing/Publishing industry. This role, based in HOMEWOOD, Alabama, will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our customer relationships and experience. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will handle tasks related to customer service, credit processing, and record management.

Responsibilities:
• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications using ADP - Financial Services and Avaya CMS.
• Maintain and update customer credit records using various Computer Programs.
• Resolve customer inquiries and provide assistance using CRM tools.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on the status of the account.
• Utilize Epic Software to track and manage customer interactions.
• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, providing customers with detailed information and assistance.
• Work closely with the team to support customer benefit functions.
• Handle billing functions accurately, ensuring all customer accounts are up-to-date.
• Use 'About Time' software for effective time management and task prioritization.
• Continually strive to enhance the customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Experience with Avaya CMS
• Familiarity with various computer programs
• Experience with CRM tools
• Knowledge of Epic Software
• Proficiency in About Time software
• Experience in answering inbound calls
• Ability to assist customers effectively
