Project Manager

Our retail client is seeking a highly organized and creative Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various creative projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the expectations of clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects using Workfront.
• Collaborate with creative teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and clients.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance project management practices.

Required Experience:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a creative environment.
• Strong proficiency in Workfront or similar project management software.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience in budget management and financial oversight.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and client relations.

Qualifications:

• Photography/Studio Project Management experience.
• Print, POP, Store Display Project Management experience.
• Retail experience is a plus.
