Responsibilities Prepare and file federal and state tax returns for individuals and corporations. Review returns prepared by staff for accuracy and compliance. Lead client consultations on tax planning and proactive strategies. Manage and mentor tax preparers. Stay current with tax laws and regulatory changes. Participate in bookkeeping reviews to provide tax expertise. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of tax preparation experience. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple client accounts independently and collaboratively. Experience with Tax Dome & ProConnect a plus. Bookkeeping knowledge beneficial. Day-to-Day Oversee and support staff preparers with quality control of tax returns. Prepare both personal and corporate tax returns. Communicate with clients to explain results and provide proactive tax strategies (e.g., under‑withholding corrections, expense tracking). Engage in year‑round client relationships, including tax strategy and business development consultations. Position is 100% in‑person during tax season; hybrid flexibility may be available outside of tax season. Why Join Us?
