We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team and support our expanding client base. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, numbers, and working with small businesses. Responsibilities Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers Reconcile bank, credit card, and PayPal accounts monthly Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Process payroll for small business clients Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports Work closely with the CPA on tax return preparation and year-end close Maintain organized digital files for client records and supporting documents Communicate with clients regarding missing information or clarification on transactions Ensure compliance with accounting standards and firm procedures Qualifications 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (public accounting firm experience preferred) Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online/Desktop Familiarity with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets Understanding of basic accounting principles (debits/credits, chart of accounts, etc.) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines Experience with payroll processing and sales tax filings is a plus Compensation $44,000 - $48,000 yearly About Natasha A.
