About the Role
The Company is in search of a Corporate Counsel to join their Labor and Employment Law team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and driving the strategy for labor and employment law support, both domestically and internationally. This role requires a strategic and creative approach to advising on human resources and business initiatives, as well as a strong focus on compliance with labor and employment laws. The Corporate Counsel will be a key player in training and educating stakeholders, creating solutions to mitigate legal risks, and defending the company in employment-related matters. The ideal candidate should have a Law Degree from an ABA-accredited law school, active California State Bar membership, and a minimum of 8 years of labor and employment experience. Applicants for the Corporate Counsel position at the company should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a strong commitment to integrity and ethical conduct.
