We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Comptroller with a CPA license to oversee the financial management of our real estate holdings and assets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting functions, financial reporting, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This role requires expertise in real estate financial operations, including asset management, property valuations, and investment analysis.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist management in making important financial decisions by providing accurate and timely financial information and analysis
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to provide insight into the financial performance and health of the company
• Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals in the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures and opportunities for growth and expansion
• Stay up-to-date on financial market trends and regulations to ensure compliance and maximize profits
• Ensure the financial stability of the company by adhering to accounting standards and regulations
• Any other duties as assigned

Controller Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and procedures
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements
• Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong communication skills to effectively explain financial information to non-financial stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or Management
• CPA License required
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in accounting software and financial analysis tools
• Strong understanding of applicable laws and regulations

Preferred:

• Background in real estate investment and property management.
• Master's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
