Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the oil & gas industry, is seeking a Contracts Administrator II to join their team. As a Contracts Administrator II, you will be part of the Contracts Administration department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Contracts Administrator II
Location: Port Arthur, TX
Pay Range: Up to $47/hr
Duration: 12 months (potential to extend)

What's the Job?

• Ensure Contractors work in accordance with contract terms and conditions.
• Oversee the administration and performance of service contracts.
• Create Service Entries and amend Service Requests for Production Operations contract services providers.
• Liaise with Contractor Representatives to address issues related to purchase orders and invoice payments.
• Monitor and analyze contract spend and ensure accurate records management.

What's Needed?

• Experience with SAP or other computerized maintenance management tools.
• Strong understanding of Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS).
• Experience working with developing businesses and also Landowner Companies (LANCOs).
• Experience in contract administration, preferably in service-contractor environments.
• Ability to work independently and in a multicultural environment.
