Manage the industrial security program and security activities at a client facility, ensuring compliance with the intelligence community (IC), DoD government, and company security policies, requirements, and procedures, and maintaining the overall accreditation posture. Review and investigate non-compliance issues. Provide security advice, guidance, and recommendations to all levels of staff. Manage program and administrative activities regarding security clearances for the organization's employees and advise management and personnel on issues. Assist with ad hoc proposal security volume reviews. Coordinate security support for compartmented or special access programs, as required. Basic Qualifications include experience applying security support or information security support, knowledge of SCI administration, knowledge of personnel or physical security policies and regulations, ability to analyze complex problems, develop and articulate focused solutions, and take independent action in an often-ambiguous work environment, ability to provide constructive, tactful, and discrete security advice and guidance to personnel across all levels, including senior managers, peers, subordinates, and customers, Top Secret clearance, HS diploma or GED. Additional Qualifications include experience as a Contractor Special Security Officer, knowledge of contract and acquisition security practices, possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph, and Bachelor’s degree.
