Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Construction Site Superintendent role located in Minot AFB, North Dakota. The Construction Site Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring construction safety, managing budgets, and implementing project management strategies.
Qualifications
✅ Minimum of 10+ years of experience in construction site supervision, with at least 5 years as a superintendent on renovation projects for buildings valued at more than $6M.
✅ Experience in the construction industry, with federal/military project experience preferred.
✅ Familiarity with the requirements of EM 385-1-1 and OSHA, along with experience in hazard identification and safety compliance.
✅ Strong knowledge of project scheduling and quality control.
✅ Proven ability to efficiently coordinate and lead subcontractors.
✅ Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
✅ Must be capable of reading, writing, and conversing fluently in English
