Job Description

Now Hiring Construction Laborer
We are a residential remodeling and new construction contractor seeking to hire a motivated Construction Laborer who takes pride in their work. Compensation will be based on experience and skill level.
Compensation: $22-$24/ per hour
Employment type: Full-time

Must have reliable transportation to jobsites.
Must Have a Good Work Ethic
Be on time & reliable
Follow directions
Work well with others.
Must have your own hand tools, tool belt, etc.
Must have at least 2+ years of construction experience.
Description
Assist the foreman and other workers in accomplishing the tasks outlined for the day.
Tasks can include but are not limited to demolition or construction of residential materials, heavy lifting, excavation, and use of assorted hand tools and/or power tools.
Specific duties responsible for but not limited to:
All main cleaning duties (including assorted chores in the field and shop areas)
Morning Prep: Loading tools, materials, and site protection materials.
Site Clean-up
Tools put away and accounted for.
Focus For Advancement
Learn the Musick Construction Inc. daily processes and workflow.*
Learn the tools necessary for each type of construction project and the time necessary to complete it. Own your own tools.
Learn job site safety procedures
Staying on time
Staying organized
Low error margin: fixes, tool loss, repeat work
All work processes and procedures are according to the standards of Musick Construction Inc.
