Overview Con - Prod and Platf - Health - EY Nexus for Health - Head of Product - Senior Manager - Multiple Positions (Job Number: 1638679). Location: Hoboken, NJ. Responsibilities Lead the overall product development for EY Nexus for Health from a market and engineering perspective. Set long-term vision and product-line strategy and roadmap with input from EY Nexus for Health Leader and EY Nexus Chief Product/Platform Officers. Conduct market research, meet with internal stakeholders to identify trends, and define and track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for all products within the product line. Prioritize features based on stakeholder input and user research, testing, and synthesis; drive accountability of Product Managers to deliver on Product Increment (PI) goals and contribute to the backlog/roadmap. Facilitate demos and reviews with stakeholders, review new product submissions, and shape and size initiatives to align with overall strategy. Serve as a subject matter expert during the pursuit lifecycle and provide inputs to Pre-sales teams; solicit client feedback to improve products. Support go-to-market material creation and collaborate with Brand, Marketing and Communication (BMC) for product content. Oversee multiple product management processes, establish priorities, and coordinate with teams to create schedules across the product life cycle. Develop and update annual budget plans, track actuals against plan, and manage resources accordingly. Manage, mentor, and motivate junior product teammates; provide executive-level reporting on product line progress and performance. Provide inputs to EY Nexus Revenue Officer to shape commercials for all products within the product line; align with stakeholders and sector leads on strategic business objectives. Qualifications and Requirements Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, Mathematics, Analytics, Business or related field and 8 years of related work experience (5 years progressive post-baccalaureate); or Master’s degree with 7 years of related work experience. 5 years of experience in product management at a consulting and/or healthtech company. 7 years of product management experience in healthcare: Payer, Provider, and/or Pay-vider industries. 4 years of experience in product engineering and external client-facing roles. 4 years of experience in overseeing product management processes and defining schedules across the product life cycle. 5 years of experience in technology architecture, big data, APIs, cloud, microservices, and low/no code applications. 3 years of experience in assessing client business models and identifying new revenue opportunities within brand, market, user, financial, and technology constraints. At least 3 of the following: market research, KPI metric creation, design thinking, prototyping, MVP development. 3 years of experience in business development, including identifying opportunities, writing client proposals, and responding to RFPs. 3 years of experience leading product management teams. Travel: up to 60%, with up to 20% international travel.
