Overview Job Title: Computer Operator Location: Tinker AFB (on-site) Schedule: 0800 – 1630, Monday - Friday Supporting: The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) – Active Secret Security Clearance Required Responsibilities Ultimate accountability for ensuring customer satisfaction at every level. Cultivate collaborative relationships with peers and leadership in a team-focused environment, communicating effectively and displaying diplomacy. Manage and prioritize a diverse workload of assigned service tickets. Be flexible to transition between daily operations and project actions as needed. Adapt quickly to new policies and evolving technologies within a dynamic technical environment. Interpret and adhere to guidance and SOPs provided by contract and government leadership. Operate a diverse range of system components, including hardware, software, and mass storage technology. Under supervision, operate communications-computer systems and install, implement, maintain, and optimize operating systems, disk and tape management systems, and computer operations automation software. Anticipate problems, identify deviations, and take action to resolve them. Perform other duties as required. Knowledge, Skills, and Certification Requirements Excellent interpersonal and communication skills One (1) year of Help Desk or Deskside Support experience DLA CE Cert IA Role/Function: Help Desk Tier II & III (may be obtained upon hire) Security+ CE Security Clearance Requirements Secret Salary $50k Note: Holding an active Secret Security Clearance is an absolute requirement to be considered for this role.
