Position: Piano Teacher
We are seeking a caring, compassionate, and skilled Piano Teacher to provide engaging and interactive piano lessons for children aged 4-11.

Responsibilities:
•  Create a fun, engaging, and organized classroom environment to foster a love for piano.
•  Teach beginner-level piano lessons using interactive activities, visual aids, and creative techniques to help children learn in a playful and rewarding way.
•  Plan and structure lessons effectively, balancing new material, review, and practice.
•  Provide progress updates and feedback to parents to track each child’s development.
•  Maintain a safe, clean, and child-friendly teaching space in compliance with licensing guidelines.
•  Attend staff training sessions, meetings, and programs as required.

Qualifications:
•  Strong proficiency in piano playing, including technical skills and knowledge of beginner-level repertoire.
•  Enthusiasm for teaching children and a passion for music education.
•  Ability to adapt teaching techniques to suit various age groups and learning styles.
•  Excellent communication skills to interact with children and their families.
•  Organizational skills to keep track of students’ progress and lesson plans.
•  Flexibility with working hours and schedule.
•  Must meet state requirements for childcare employees.
•  Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check.
