What You’ll Do Own all financial operations — forecasting, budgeting, reporting, cash flow, and audit readiness Build and manage a high-performing finance team, guiding strategic decisions with rigor and insight Partner with the CEO and leadership team to develop long-term financial strategy Identify and manage financial risks and opportunities as we scale Implement best-in-class financial systems and processes What We’re Looking For Proven experience as CFO or senior finance executive in a growth-stage or mature company Deep expertise in accounting, corporate finance and strategic planning Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics is a must — you’ll be expected to leverage it fully for reporting, analysis, and operations Strong grasp of unit economics, financial modeling, and scenario planning Exceptional leadership and communication skills — able to work across departments and with external stakeholders A data-driven mindset with a bias toward action and clarity CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus Why Join Us?
