Lord Building, Baltimore, MD 21224 Shift: Limited, 28 hours per week, Flexible day shift. Job Duties Provide spiritual counsel, support, and direction to patients, families, staff, and clinical providers of the medical center. Participate in medical center committees regarding ethical, religious, and life‑terminating decisions. Conduct worship, teach, pray, and develop ministries and activities within the medical center and in the community. Qualifications Education: Master’s of Divinity degree. Work Experience: One year of general hospital chaplain experience. Certifications / Licensure: Minimum two units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) training; preferred four units. Certification‑ready as a professional chaplain by a recognized national organization such as the Association of Professional Chaplains (APC). Ecclesiastical endorsement by a recognized religious conference or synod is required. Work Environment: Office or clinical environment with minimal exposure to unpleasant or hazardous conditions. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $23.00/hour – $37.97/hour. Benefits: Dependent tuition reimbursement and competitive compensation package.
