Fireside Learning Academy International is reimagining K–5 education for the next generation of conscious learners. We serve families across the U.S. through a fully online, mastery-based model that honors the whole child and empowers teachers to do their best work—without burnout.
We’re seeking heart-centered, tech-savvy teachers to join our growing team for the upcoming school year. This is a remote, part-time teaching role with the potential to earn up to $4,500/month based on class enrollment and academy performance.
About the Role
As a Fireside teacher, you’ll:
Teach small-group, live online classes (core academic or enrichment subjects)
Foster strong connections in a close-knit virtual classroom
Guide students using the Seesaw platform (preferred experience) and Zoom
Support each child’s academic, emotional, and creative development
Collaborate with our team to create joyful, mastery-based learning journeys
This is a part-time teaching position (approx. 16 hours/week), with the potential to earn $1,584–$4,500/month based on enrollment and participation in school growth.
✅ Requirements:
Must hold a current U.S. teaching certificate (K–5 or elementary-level)
Strong classroom presence and confidence in a virtual setting
Familiarity with Seesaw (preferred) or willingness to learn
Available approx. 16 hours/week during U.S. school-day hours
Comfortable using Zoom and cloud-based tools
Passion for whole-child education and mastery-based learning
Spanish (bilingual) is a plus , but not required
