Join Our Team as a Dedicated Team Truck Driver!

Average Pay: $1,370 - $1,670 weekly

Home Time: Every other week

Experience: Open to all CDL holders

Truck Driver Responsibilities:

• Transport sporting goods using dry van trailers to various retail locations.
• Enjoy the benefit of 100% no-touch freight with 50% drop-and-hook loads.
• Complete 3-5 loads weekly, with 1-3 stop-offs per load.
• Operate within a designated route in the Western 11 states.
• Bring your furry friends along with our Team Pet Policy.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Earn mileage pay along with hourly pay when on duty, not driving.
• Take advantage of weekly performance bonuses.
• Receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus over 12 months if you're an experienced driver or $2,000 for inexperienced drivers.
• Participate in paid orientation.
• Accrue paid time off after 6 months and enjoy 6 additional days of holiday pay annually.
• Be eligible for an annual bonus of up to 2% of your annual gross pay.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Reside within 85 miles radius of Phoenix, AZ.
