MNM Casework is a trusted provider of high-quality plastic laminate cabinets and countertops, including plastic laminate, solid surface, quartz, and granite surfaces. We serve commercial, institutional, and healthcare clients with precision fabrication and professional installation. Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and assemble custom plastic laminate cabinets to shop drawings and specifications.
• Cut, shape, and polish plastic laminate, solid surface, quartz, and granite countertops.
• Operate woodworking and stone fabrication equipment such as panel saws, edge banders, routers, polishers, and other shop tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Apply laminates and veneers using appropriate adhesives and equipment.
• Ensure all products meet MNM Casework’s quality standards for fit, finish, and durability.
• Assist in the safe loading, transport, and installation of completed units on job sites.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and fellow technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in woodworking or countertop fabrication preferred.
• Ability to work from shop drawings and technical specifications.
• Skilled in the safe operation of woodworking and/or stone fabrication tools.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 75 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay: Competitive and based on experience and skill level. Opportunities for performance-based raises.
• Work Hours: Standard hours are Monday through Thursday, 5:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional overtime as needed to meet project deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
