Job Description

Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative, you'll be a key player in helping our company grow. Your role involves building relationships and explaining how our tech solutions can make a real difference. It's a chance to be part of a fast-growing team and contribute to both our product and company values.

Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with our tech, design, and leadership teams to create solutions that match what our customers need.
  2. Chat with potential customers, understand their business challenges, and explain how Pump can make their lives easier and save them money.
  3. Outbound through various channels including email, cold call, LinkedIn, etc.
  4. Show why our tech is valuable, whether you're talking to tech experts or those new to it all.
  5. Understand our product roadmap and make sure our solutions align with what our clients are looking for.
  6. Keep strong ties with key customers. Be the bridge between customers and our teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Qualifications
  • Clear communication skills: Speak and write clearly.
  • This would be a fast-paced job. Things might change, and tech is always evolving.
  • Work well with different teams. Communicate with engineering, product, and others to ensure customers are happy.
  • Athlete mentality, a chip on the shoulder, and the desire to change your life through the startup.
