Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with a strong interest in business operations and administration. The successful candidate will support daily office operations, assist in maintaining financial records, and contribute to various administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and office supply management.
• Support the finance team with basic bookkeeping, invoice processing, and expense tracking.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
• Assist in maintaining and updating records, files, and databases.
• Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
• Handle inquiries and communication with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
