Job Overview:

Join The Haunt, South Florida’s premier Halloween attraction, as a Box Office Attendant. We’re seeking friendly, detail-oriented individuals to ensure a seamless and secure check-in experience for our guests. If you have a knack for customer service and sales, this role offers a chance to be part of a thrilling and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and verify tickets by scanning them.
• Ensure guests provide a photo ID matching the card used for purchase.
• Assist guests with signing electronic waivers via QR code.
• Actively upsell additional services and merchandise to enhance guest experiences.
• Handle cash and card transactions securely for ticket sales and merchandise.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions to prevent theft and ensure accountability.
• Uphold a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.

Skills Required:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail for accurate ID verification and transaction handling.
• Strong sales skills to effectively upsell merchandise and services.
