The firm has approximately 70 professionals and is growing rapidly. Location Utica, NY office Responsibilities Bookkeeping for small business clients. Accounting and QuickBooks expertise is a plus. Use Excel and Word proficiently. Process payroll and sales tax. Deliver quality and courteous service to clients. Provide internal service to Partners and staff; perform general administrative duties and work on projects as needed. Work full time and be available for additional hours during tax season. Qualifications Experience with an accounting firm or similar professional environment preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability to multi‑task and work in a busy environment. Advanced skills in Word, Excel and Outlook. Associate’s degree in Administrative Support/Business Management, Accounting or similar is a plus.
