What You’ll Do
• Manage accounts payable and receivable

• Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online
• Support monthly financial reporting and budgeting

• 2+ years of Quickbooks online bookkeeping experience
• Knowledge of inventory processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Bonus: Experience in service-based industries or multi-location operations
