Job Overview:

Marvin is looking for a Senior Boiler Operator who takes pride in maintaining safe and efficient operations to join our team. In this role, youll work with a team to keep low-pressure boilers and other equipment running, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.

Highlights of your role:

• Operate and maintain high-pressure boilers and related equipment
• Monitor systems to ensure safe and efficient performance
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues as needed
• Lead annual tear down, cleaning, and assembly of boilers
• Work independently and as part of a team to support facility operations
• Operate heavy equipment such as pay loaders

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):

• High school diploma or GED
• Minnesota 1st Class C Boilers License or higher
• 4+ years of experience as a 1st class C Boiler Operator
• Experience troubleshooting high-pressure boilers, steam systems, air compressors, and water treatment systems
• Ability to read schematics, prints, and equipment manuals to diagnose issues
